The food here is very good! My boyfriend & I have never been to the food court & we chose this place due to how every item on the menu looked good. The food is made to order & is very reasonably priced. Definitely choose this place over the other chain restaurants & you will not regret it! This will definetly be a spot we will make the drive to visit again. Prices are 10/10, food quality 10/10, & service is 10/10 the lady was very nice! Would’ve taken a photo before chowing down but we were so hungry 😅

I had to make this a 2 days in a row event as I got the burger on the first day followed by pho on the 2nd day. Honestly, I was just surprised to see pho on the menu in a SW metro mall. For 10.75 in 2024, this small bowl of pho was not a bad deal. Broth was flavorful, smaller than expected quantity of meat, but still good enough to quench your pho cravings. Good pho. Now, onto the burger and fries. I got the bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. The price tag was under 20 which is good for 2024 standards. The Patty was a bit plain, but palatable. The winner for this meal are the fries. It is nice and crisp with possibly a light coat of batter. Overall, not the best burger ever, but still very good and a Surprise oddball pho on the menu that was decent for mall food.

everytime i come to eden prairie mall i always try to stop by and order from this place! owners are SO nice, especially the lady behind the counter— very accustoming and remembers my friends and i whenever we drop in. normally i get the beef pho (best pho ive had in minnesota... or anywhere imo) but the fries are also very top notch— large portions with v reasonable pricing. overall awesome hidden gem 10/10 <3

The burgers are very good, but the French fries are the star of the show. The best I've ever had. I'd highly recommend them. The food is all made fresh and never disappoints. It's family-run by the nicest people. The cashier will recognize and chat with you if you visit frequently.

Melts & Burgers is my favorite restaurant at the EP Mall's food court because their mini donuts are one of the best I've tasted in Minnesota. And the servers are nice. I have to try their burgers one of these days.

I am not exaggerating when I say that I have had better service out of this place than literally any other restaurant/eatery in my life. The couple who run this place are SO nice and considerate. The woman not only gave us free water with our meals but also insisted that we come back for refills before she closed up for the night. Totally unnecessary but solidified this place as above and beyond for me, especially for a place that’s in a mall food court. And, the food is quite tasty too!
